Easy to sign up with clear plans, benefits and exclusions. Provided with emergency contact numbers. Haven't made a claim even though have had 3 or more trips covered. I hope claim procedure is as easy as signup.

I've never had to claim insurance but whenever I go overseas, I always book my travel insurance with 1Cover.

So easy to access and buy insurance. Would recommend Tick Insurance to anyone.

Horrible to deal with! Countless calls and talking to uneducated people it seems. Don't bother with this company. Its only paper you will get! No service, no support even if you are stuck in the middle of nowhere!

Coud not find the support / non-sales / claims number easily on the web site. Advice was a bit non-specific.

I have had to extend my cover and rang them to confirm rental car excess cover and got immediate attention and resolution to the requests.

My family’s house in Australia got broken into while we were in Bali, their car was stolen, house trashed and we had 3 days left. 2 family members wanted to get home to sort it out, find out what was stolen, find their car etc. and TID told them they cannot help get a flight back. They had to stay in Bali for a few more days this was terrible. TID covers “any unforeseen circumstances” which this should clearly be covered!

I keep coming back to them because they are so easy to deal with and great value for money. Will stick with them.

Wife became sick on cruise ship and had to visit the doctor. On our return to our home I completed the claim process on line that was very simple to navigate and uploaded the required documentation. The claim was accepted the following day. I would recommend using 1Cover again. Thank you.
