We were recommended 1Cover by a family memeber. They went above and beyond my expectations and would highly recommend them

10+ years of continuous travel insurance with 1Cover, and I am bitterly disappointed in the outcome of my last claim. Suitcase damaged during travel worth over $200 to replace and only received $4.60 back from 1Cover. What an absolute joke. It would take some serious consideration to ever use you again.

One simple phone call - lovely helpful manner on phone. Fast, efficient and very friendly. Hardly put down the phone when a fully comprehensive quote appeared on my email with all details - all I had to do was fill in the details and method of payment and it was "fait accompli" . Thank you so much - you made it very easy for an elderly lady.

We had taken out a single policy but found it better to upgrade to an annual policy due to several trips planned over the next 12 months. Very easy to do this over the phone, but found I had to ring early in the morning to get through

I got AIG Travel Insurance through World Nomads for my almost 3 month long trip. Had my $950 LG G6 phone stolen in Bangkok so I made a claim. Then I finally receive a cheque... for $106 dollars. I call back they said its only what I've paid so far on it, but even they can see in my papers I gave that I still have to pay the rest on the phone, but they said that doesn't matter. It's a good thing I had a decent amount of money to support myself over there, because AIG sure would not have helped me.

I have used 1Cover travel insurance numerous times, and am always very impressed with their customer service when I have a question. Most recently I had to change the dates of my trave insurance, this request was easily accommodated and quickly resolved by a very helpful customer service agent

We have been more than happy with the travel insurance policies that we have purchased over the years with 1Cover. Great customer service and hassle free claim service.

Fortunately we did not have to use our travel insurance but I was pleased to be asked if we were extending our holiday. If we had decided to do so I probably would not have thought about extending my travel insurance. Thanks for jogging my memory.

Was sick overseas made a claim when I returned very easy process was emailed the next day saying it has been approved and will be paid within 5 days. Highly recommended

Great price for travel insurance they seem to cover everything although did not need to make a claim. Knowing 1Cover was in the background gave me confidence about enjoying my trip.
