I would only go with this again if they made it much easier to see what insurance i paid for on my receipt just like other insurance companies ive gone with previously. it was quite time consuming to work out what i was actually covered for once i had paid for the insurance.

No claims never claimed so I do not anything about tick insurance what more can I say so you will have to do with that

Great service and price

My wife and I have used InsureandGo for about 6 years now, and they are well-priced and we feel comfortable and secure with the policy we purchase. My wife travels to Europe 3-4 a year and the 10% discount each time she purchases a policy online is always a bonus. We would recommend them.

I made a mistake on the dates our travel dates is supposed to be. After my online transaction we notice the mistake and called straightaway but unfortunately after (3)attempts & up to this date no result. I don't understand why the people taking calls has to email our request to someone who seems like a ghost. No acknowledgement whatsoever that they receive such a request for a change. Will it take 4days or more to change a date?

Policy is always comprehensive and well prices. Only ever claimed twice in 15 years, both times for lost items which were quickly processed without any hesitation and finalised within 7 days of arriving home from the trip.

After checking many insurers, I used 1Cover again this year for my travel to Bali.
As I am now aged 75 years, some companies find this an excuse to raise premiums, for no apparent reason - apart from my age!!
Luckily I didn't need to claim, so I can't comment on that process.
But I did receive notification on the day before departure, giving me a reminder that, should I extend my holiday, I had a direct link to update my policy and extend cover.

Our recent claims experience was beyond expectations. Everything was handled on line, very prompt responses from 1Cover.
