Great travel insurance. I bought a three week insurance to the USA. Zoom was one of cheap ones and had great reviews so I bought it. Didn’t have to claim.

Have used 1 Cover for a few trips now and very happy. The one time we needed to claim it was fully covered!

I had been badgered by the car rental company to take out their excess insurance but after checking with Zoom customer care, it was not required
I was happily reassured and our trip was incident free

Great insurance cover. Was a great price. Insurance done few says before our flight. Was easy and prompt application. Will definitely use again.

I got this insurance for my family and while we claimed for our luggage we found they are terrible, unreliable and rubbish insurance.

Had to call a couple of times for them to look at a claim that was submitted almost 3 months earlier. Then received a call saying that they would not be paying it out because the excess was more than the lost item.
Not great service. Used their services for 4 different overseas trips and had only made one claim in that time. Be weary about getting this insurance especially for lost luggage/personal items.

I used InsureandGo for the first time in 2014, and I have used them ever since. In about a dozen overseas trips, 2014 was the first and only time I have ever needed to make a claim, and I had so little evidence to back up my claim that I expected they would reject it out-of-hand. It was an unlikely (but true!) story: a train delayed by a suicide on the tracks, the police stopping all rail traffic for several hours, a plane missed, four days' holiday written off. To make things worse, it was in a different-language country, and neither the police (understandably) nor the railway officers were in the least interested in providing me with any kind of evidence to show to my insurer. But InsureandGo accepted my claim, and agreed to cover my losses. You can't ask for better service than that!

I strongly advise to avoid this insurance, I have got travel insurance from this company and my luggage broke in airport transition but they reject my claim for ridiculously excuse, they looking for different excuse to flee from their commitment.
Never get this insurance.

We have used 1Cover three times for travel insurance. Once we needed to claim due to health issues and once due to weather issues. Both times our claims were honored. Fortunately our most recent trip we didn't need to make a claim, but it was still great peace of mind.

I was looking for a no frills Travel Insurance to cover me for medical basically. Tick was not the cheapest but its associated fees were less, while providing more benefits. The online booking system is quick, easy to use and within minutes you're done. I just hope that if I need to claim, they will be as accommodating. Thanks Tick for peace of mind so far.

I went on a cruise and the weather was bad so we missed a port. We put in a claim for missed port. It was easy and quick.

I’ve used 1 Cover over many years and I’ve claimed once which was fantastic. I was called by a rep the day after my accident and received great support and immediate expenses payment. Excellent service and great people. I also enjoy the low costs of insurance compared to other companies. I will continue to use this insurance.
