I obtained travel insurance through "Insure and Go" in 2018 because it was the cheapest. When my travel finished I received an e-mail reminding me how to claim. I did not need to but it was a nice touch. This year (2019) I chose "Insure and Go" because they have a customer focus ... and still offer very competitive rates

I travel frequently and have insured with 1Cover over many years. They provide an exceptional service! Their response rates are excellent. Their staff are always helpful and provide great direction if you have a claim. They pay promptly on all fair claims. Their premiums are also extremely reasonable. I recently had a medical event in Turkey and they were brilliant to deal with. I don't like insurance companies but I cannot rate 1Cover highly enough.

1Cover made my first ever travel insurance claim the easiest and painless process. I was extremely upset with my situation but was so impressed with the way my claim was dealt with. I would 1000% use 1Cover again and would tell all my friends too as well.

Luckily we didn’t need the insurance but we’re very pleased with the options available. Hadn’t heard of this insurance before but pleased to find it.
