1Cover was suggested by a friend. I did shop around and It was the cheapest and had the more coverage. So what else you can do other than choosing 1Cover.

My daughter and I were devastated to not be able to go on a much planned trip to Bali as we got very sick. 1Cover were fantastic. So helpful and friendly. The claim process was quick and easy and from the day all information was lodged until claim was processed and paid was literally 48 hours! I was literally in awe! I took out a family policy for overseas travel. About 6 weeks or so later, I suffered a medical problem which, on the advice of a specialist, necessitated having to cancel our trip.
After getting all the paperwork and medical reports together and filling in all the insurance company forms, and getting my GP to complete the form related to him, I sent everything off (by email) to the company's office.
In just 15 days the entire amount I had claimed was in my bank account.
No fuss.
Would I recommend Insure and Go for travel insurance? Absolutely!

I use One Cover for all my local Australian travel. They cover not just the excessive car hire excess, but include the driver and passengers, luggage and belongings, third party property and persons and loads more. I will never use car hire company default insurers. Not worth the risk!

When attempting to insure for our next trip, you advised that I would need to pay a $200
excess as I had breast cancer 18 months ago.
This is outrageous. The Cancer was successfully removed and I am no more at risk of a re occurrence than someone who has never had breast cancer.
You need to get your medical facts right before you make such demands.

The first phone contact was very clear, easy to understand, which helps to make a decision.

Owing to an accident which resulted in injury we had to cancel our holiday several weeks prior to departure. Zoom handled and settled our claim for non-refundable fares promptly and very efficiently and Zoom have our highest recommendation.
