I took out a policy for a cruise to Vanuatu and New Caledonia in 2018. The Cruise Company cancelled the cruise. I telephoned and was advised that I could transfer the policy to cover a cruise to Papua New Guinea in March 2019 if I sent an email asking for the transfer. I did this and received an email saying I could not transfer as the policy had to be used within 12/12. I responded by email and have not heard anything since. I am sitting, waiting in limbo.

This is our second year of 12 months cover for a couple. For multiple trips it is so reassuring and good value.

I have used Insure & Go for travel insurance twice now & would not go past them for value for money and the list of things you are covered for.
I will use them next trip too

I've used 3 times so far and don't have any problems. I have no claims experience, but with my experience, I will recommend to anyone.

The travel Insurance application was all done on the computer with each question logically following on to the next. it was easy and quick to do. Value for money...especially with the offer of a 10% discount.

The site is easy to navigate giving up the information required quickly and non complex..have no problems recommending InsureandGo to anyone...

After my partner and I were catapulted onto the road at 60km in Cambodia we called you as we arrived at the hospital. The person we spoke to was not only sympathetic but super re-assuring that we were in good hands and that 1cover had our backs and would not only take care of the bill but also would be reviewing our care to make sure it met AU standards. We were fortunate that our injuries did not require a hospital stay and we were able to complete a modified version of our holiday. Thank you so much! We really appreciate your service!

I have always enjoyed InsureandGo being my Travel Insurance Company and after one claim after many years I was very happy things went so well, but, I was a little put back after my last policy that I purchased on the 10th January, to replace the one that was cancelled because of my unfortunate accident actually went up by a rather larger amount. Was told it was because I was only getting 10% discount, when the other policy was 15% because I am a very good customer. Am I being penalised because I made a claim?? I am already off to Japan in March and on the 10th September to South America. I always let all my friends know how great you are and in my last review it was fantastic. Would appreciate some feedback because we have travelled together for many years and we hope to travel a lot more

Ill in Tokyo, the 1cover team located the nearest hospital, arranged translation and repeatedly checked in on condition. Wonderful.

Once again thanks for your great value for my insurance cover to Bali. Being over 73 years, I have had no problems, only once, having a claim, all was done very quickly and professionally. I will definitely use your services again.

The ease of the online application was notable. In particular, the inclusion of pre-medical conditions information in this format was very efficient making it more likely that we will use 1 Cover for our next trip.
