Very pleased to be given 12 months credit on a recent travel insurance policy. Was unable to go on trip due to flare up of a pre- existing condition. Was given credit as a goodwill gesture for being a regular customer. Much appreciated.🤗

Me and my partner are going to Japan this October and I have searched the most value for Money travel insurance I can get, I have found Tick :) I hope I don't need to claim anything in this 2 week trip but the peace of mind the travel insurance brings is so good.

Because I am a fit and active person I usually resent having to pay a higher and higher amount each year because of a number (my age). Of course the excess for health claims was very high, but I took the risk that as a normal healthy person with no pre-existing health problems and I'm careful how I move I should not have to claim,so all was well.

The 1cover website to obtain quotation was fast and easy to complete. Policy benefits were adequate for the trip and the PDS is pretty straight forward. Good to also receive a follow up email toward the end of the trip asking if an extension of cover was required - nice touch.

Have used Tick insurance in the past. Have never claimed so I can’t comment on that. Hopefully I never will.

I have always thought 1Cover Travel Insurance an excellent company to deal with. I always also find them great value for money. When I have had to claim they were very prompt and helpful. I will always use them when I travel.
