I have not had to make a claim, but so far so good. Website is easy to navigate, and quote option also good.

Whole policy including medical conditions can be done online, in less that 5 minutes I had us both insured with medical conditions approved. So quick and easy compared to other insurances. When I had the misfortune once to have to claim it was dealt with immediately and the reimbursement was to hand in under 14 days. Highly recommend

Only had to make 1 claim in many trips insured by you. Needed to provide enough paperwork to write a short novel and it took a long time to process, but you did come through.

Very happy with the value for money aspect, but disappointed that my calls were never returned after I went to the help no., I then managed to apply online, so the call wasn’t needed after that.

I always insure with Insure and Go as my husband needs the pre existing. Always great value, claims which I have only need to do 1 was easy and money repaid in a timely manner.

Top product with no fuss attitude. You only pay for what you need as an option every insurance company should learn from. Highly recommend to anyone.

second time being insured for travel, have not needed to claim, only gripe is getting more expensive with every year

As we only want insurance to cover us for accident, theft etc Tick seems to cover what we need at a reasonable price.

Excellent value for money.
Didn't need to use luckily, but I found all communication respectful and reassuring. Thank you.

We have dealt with 1cover for many years with total satisfaction until now although we have had many policies with them this time they refused to cover my husband for pre existing medical for up coming trip to Hawaii his conditions are very stable no changes and they covered him last week for a trip and cruise we did, can't except their policy changes because it is USA. No loyalty in this industry anymore.

It’s perfectly understandable that you’re upset about what has happened. We don’t like to see our customers upset and inconvenienced.

On occasion we do have to make changes to our policies or procedures, generally this is to enhance our service but can result in cover not always being offered under the same circumstances as before.

Again, I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the outcome of your husband's pre-existing application and that on this occasion we were unable to help.

Two days into our holiday in Italy in May 2017 my father suddenly passed away. Our family arranged our flights home for the funeral. Budget Direct has refused to reimburse our travel expenses because he was prescribed medication between April 2016 and November 2016. He was 84 years old had been in good health (not in hospital for 2 years prior). We took out travel insurance in November 2016 as we booked our flights. So make sure you have knowledge of all family and friends medications before you think about using Budget Direct!
