Zoom Travel Insurance Reviews

My grandson researched Travel Insurance companies for me for my past holiday & was so impressed with the company insurance scheme, he decided to also take out travel insurance with Zoom for his up-coming trip.
As we are going away again in June this year I am now 75 & I certainly will go again with Zoom. We have never had to claim against an insurer but now have to watch
the cover & how much we have to pay.

I found it very simple to lodge a claim online. Only issue was trying to send a video file through email which was the only way available. The response emails however were surprisingly fast and my claim was assessed within days! Since I had all the required documentation my claim was then approved quickly. I am impressed that I was covered for my stolen phone, case and cash so promptly. Thanks Zoom.

After I claimed for an amount that should've been covered by Zoom I have not received a cent. Such a waster of money and waste of time. Never again!

I purchased a comprehensive policy with Zoom for my 4 week trip to Europe. The lovely man on the phone, Benjamin, was very helpful, informative, friendly and provided me with a great value policy that will protect me. Thank you very much for your wonderful service.

Zoom insurance stood out better than many economically as offering same or better coverage for lower price. I will book again.

We foolishly left our insurance papers behind in the extremely early morning start to our trip. When things went sideways the staff member we spoke with cane to our rescue. 1:30am Sydney time we called explained our situation and she asked a few identification questions and confirmed our existing policy. By the time we reached the hospital we had a copy of our policy details. Thanks Zoom

Had a hassle/incident free holiday and was happy to know that we were covered. Before I left I enquired about "personal" driver's insurance on a family car and although I was told it only covered me for hire cars, the information from the teller was informative and polite.

I took out travel insurance for my sons end of school cruise and unfortunately had to make a claim. I was pleasantly surprised how smooth and quickly the claim went through. Their communication was also to be commended. I was expecting a cheap and nasty service as the initial cost was one of the lowest I found but the service was anything but. I would definitely use them in future

We will not need to look elsewhere next time we need a travel insurance.

The purchase process is nice and quick. We had no claim so I can't evaluate this, but considering value for money and hassle-free service, I'm buying it next time.
