This is the 4th time we have used Zoom and it won't be the last. Never had to claim but good to know it's there.

We take local travel insurance as its cheaper than a hire car reduction rate or there 4000 if you have a crash For this purpose this is the best way to go

Luckily didn’t need to claim with all the issues with coronavirus so didn’t find out how good insurance really was, just piece of mind having it.

I purchased travel insurance prior to a trip to Thailand as I always do. With the recent virus issue I emailed Zoom prior to travelling enquiring about if cover would be extended to this but unfortunately never received a reply.

Our daughter had food poisoning on the trip, needed to get urgent medical attention, my wife called Zoom and the staff member Rochelle was very helpful and advised us what we needed to do. When we got back from the trip, making the claim with Zoom was easy and straight forward, and I got my refund in 2 days. This is the first time I have ever made a claim, and I will definitely be using Zoom again. I will recommend Zoom to my friends and relatives.

Great value for money. Friendly staffs & simple claim process. We have traveled overseas three months ago & have to make a claim unfortunately. We are lucky as we have a very good claims experience.

After being disembarked from a cruise in a foreign country I had so much trouble with Zoom to accept the claim after a lot of jumping through hoops for them & having to pay the hospital A/c so my husband could be discharged they finally accepted the claim & flew us home but another flight that we missed they would not pay out on

A really simple process to organise travel insurance and clear details for contact in case of emergency. Highly recommended.

Very good customer sign up experience, and appreciated the coverage for pre-existing conditions.

What I didn't appreciate is that we bought the insurance in around May of last year, for travel this Feb. As soon as the coronavirus struck, they excluded it from cover, even though we bought the insurance well before the outbreak
