Am I covered if I go on a cruise?
Yes, you don’t even need to pick a cruise specific policy. Here’s a top tip: Even if you’re travelling in Aussie water you still need to pick Pacific.
Am I covered for skiing and my equipment?
Yes, if you select the Winter Sports Option as part of a Comprehensive NoWorries Travel Insurance policy you’ll get cover for $2,000 worth of skiing equipment while in use, $500 bad weather cover, and $500 piste closure. Dare devils can even ski off piste!
Am I covered if my tour company collapses?
NoWorries doesn’t provide protection from insolvency.
I'm not an Australian resident- can I buy cover?
You must have resided in Australia for more than 3 months and the trip must depart and return here.
What size moped or motorbike am I covered to ride overseas?
You cannot ride a motorbike, moped or scooter higher than 125cc engine displacement.
How long is their single trip cover for?
12 months.
Can I extend my policy from overseas?
Having too much fun? No problem! You can extend your policy with NoWorries as long as your previous policy has not yet expired.
What is their cooling off period?
14 days.
Do they cover for my rental vehicle excess?
Yes, if you select a Comprehensive NoWorries Travel Insurance policy you are covered for up to $3,000.
