No worries travel insurance Reviews

The tyre blew out on our RV whilst traveling through the Yukon, we had the tyre replaced the next day and we where back on the road.
I put a claim in two weeks after we had returned from our holiday, No worries Insurance required a few more documents from us in regards to our hire agreement with our rental company.
After roughly a month of assessing our information, our claim was approved and we received our money back for the new tyre.

100% would use No Worries Travel Insurance again, they have been great to deal with very happy.

Rang to ask questions and found them very helpful and prompt to my concerns.
Great insurance package for family trip

I was injured overseas and needed to have surgery and was dreading making a claim. To my surprise, the claims process was made easy as NoWorries were helpful and easy to contact throughout my ordeal. I would definitely recommend them to other travellers.

I badly injured my knee, my claims manager was more concerned about how I was feeling than about medical reports etc.

Be careful not to be fooled by them as their website is misleading on how missed flights are covered. We lost a lot of money when we had unexpected expenses due to missing a flight and they refused to honour the claim. I will not recommend them.

Really disappointing to find that when our flight did not operate on the day we booked it for, we had to book alternative tickets to our destination. We had the "peace of mind " that we are covered by travel insurance. In the meantime the airline went bankrupt and no worries wouldn't reimburse us for our extra expenses incurred. Really disappointing service.

No Worries lived up to its name. Had to make a claim on my new camera that was damaged on holidays and it was an easy process.

Covered everything we needed, was much cheaper than other companies, and we didn't need to take out multiple insurance policies for a group

Call centre staff were really helpful. Our claim for a travel delay was dealt with quickly and with no fuss.

I didn't need to purchase extra insurance for my rental car as NoWorries covered up to $3000 excess - bonus!

Had a lot of money stolen from our apartment overseas from my travel Wallet. Apparently if you DONT STATE that the money was in the safe then they won't cover you. No matter how many documentations you have from the hotel staff stating there was a safe to use, or police reports !
Waste of money. Waste of time emailing back and forth to have such a 'worrying outcome' definatley should not be called 'no worries insurance' and definatley will not go through them again.

This is a great travel cover which covers winter sports as standard which gives you piece of mind when hitting the slopes. I was injured on the slopes but didn't have to worry as it was covered and the claims process wasn't too painful.
I would highly recommend this travel insurance
