Chose In & Go because of positive reviews, easy to read product disclosure. Web site was easily navigated. Online application process was flawless, great user interface. Hope I never have to make a claim, although I hold an expectation that process is the same as the application process.

I made numerous inquiries in relation to travel insurance, and I found that the one the gave the best value for money and is recommended by other is insureanGo. Questions were direct and easy to understand, my age was a considered, I think, which is only reasonable given that at the time of travel I will be 75 and If I continue may regular exercise pattern still will have no health problems

I am a mature aged person in good health, maintain a healthy life style ie swimming, walking, bike riding or gym work, one of this items each day of the week where practicable. I enjoy travelling, internally in Australia and overseas. When you reach a certain age, one of the Travel Insurance companies require a full medical without going into my medical history, basically they did not want to insure me owing to my age. I consulted my GP (Doctor) and he his opinion I am right to go, by the way I am 74 years young, married with three children and five grandchildren, the later keep me young in mind and activities.

While I can get pre existing medical condition coverage, it is very expensive. I have used Insuraneand go an number or times but have never needed to claim

This is the first time I have used InsureandGo for international travel, previously only for domestic travel. I was pleasantly surprised by the quote and then by the way it dealt with medical issues. It was very simple and straightforward and the surcharge was not excessive.

In comparison to other well known Brands offering the same Insurance cover , InsureandGo was more Competitive and because of the Choice ratings I decided to give them a go .

I took out a family policy for overseas travel. About 6 weeks or so later, I suffered a medical problem which, on the advice of a specialist, necessitated having to cancel our trip.
After getting all the paperwork and medical reports together and filling in all the insurance company forms, and getting my GP to complete the form related to him, I sent everything off (by email) to the company's office.
In just 15 days the entire amount I had claimed was in my bank account.

Unprofessional, unavailable, had to send the same documents over and over again for weeks , you never have the same person answering you.
I travel a lot and will never use those guys again.
