I was immediately attracted to fast insurance by their amazingly intuitive website! My online claim was extremely simple with all sections explained well. As I was completing other online quotes at the same time, I was pleasantly surprised that all my quote details were remembered when I went back to complete my application. Fast cover were also the cheapest option that I could find for my circumstances and offered online extensions of my cover which was the icing on the cake!

We chose Fast Cover over others we have used before mainly because of the benefits and rates. Even though we didn't have a claim to make we were really pleased with the fact they came back to us when we had finished our trip to see if we needed any help. We used them for our trip to Fiji and a trip coming up for Bali. We have just bought from them again for another trip in September. Wouldn't think of going to anyone else at the moment.

I foudn it very easy to set up my travel insurance policy. I did have to make a claim for a doctor's consultation while travelling and for medication. I paid out of pocket and made my claim when I got home. I found the claims process easy enough to follow and my claim was processed in about four days.

Haven't been on trip yet, so can't give a review on any claims that I may have - hopefully I won't need to write a post review!

Although I haven't had to claim anything the process of quoting was easy and the website was simple to use. I got quotes from many other providers and they were bar far the most reasonable and had the easiest process. Highly recommend!
