I found it super easy and quick to organise my travel insurance online. I was very happy with the price I paid and what that meant I was covered for. I will use 1Cover for future holidays.

I attached every piece of information I had in support of my claim. Unfortunately that wasn't enough even thougth one could see what happened. I finally collected all information except 1 hotel. I was relieved when 1Cover accepted that claim and made full payment. Thank you

When I had first been told my flight had been cancelled it was after midnight so I called the emergency line & instead of being told in the first place I had called the wrong line and would need to follow up with the claims team, he first asked about my situation even though I had first offered to provide my policy number. After advising of my cancelled flight he then asked for my policy number then asked me to repeat my situation again then he put me on hold for over 5 minutes then came back to advise me he couldn’t assist & advised me to follow up with the claims team and provided me with an Australian ph number even though I had told him I would be overseas. Throughout the call he sounded asleep, hence me having to repeat myself and instead of it being a 2minute call it took over 10minutes. It would’ve been a helpful experience if he had been actively listening & there was a structure to the call so I didn’t leave feeling like I had wasted my time. I had no issues with claims process it was straightforward.

I have used 1Cover many times and have only ever needed to claim once due to being stranded with storms and cancelled planes and it was stress free with the claim. Thank you

Worthwhile & reasonably good value considering that claims are actually paid out and reimbursement is timely. No surprises. We take out 1Cover everytime we travel. Only issue is that once you are over 65 you can't get an annual policy and the premium is higher even if you are in good health

I am an Australian living in Thailand, and as I was travelling on holiday to Australia, I chose an Australian company for my travel insurance, I even upped the policy to make sure all my valuables were covered.I gave proof that I am indeed living abroad, but as I hold an Australian Driver's Licence (with Australian address on it, You cannot hold an Australian Driver's licence or Bank Account without listing an Australian address).So they're concluding, even with proof to the contrary, that I live in Australia and therefore my claim is not covered. Typical of Insurance companies just not paying up.I'll be advising everybody on Facebook not to use 1cover

I have used 1Cover for every overseas trip I have taken. I have had to make a claim for 2 of these trips and 1Cover have paid up as soon as I sent the email and receipts through. Great insurance coverage without the high price tag. Will be using them for all future trips. A pleasant experience and it only took 5 minutes to book my insurance on-line. If you are going to travel take a minute to look through the options 1Cover offer, I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Was pleasantly surprised to receive a text checking whether we needed to extend our cover in case we had extended our holiday. Well done.

we were told a number of times that we weren’t eligible to be covered for our extended stay. It was only after the representative was out of excuses that we were able to claim

We had a trip delay and filed a claim. The process was simple, the staff we worked with very helpful in explaining what we needed to file the claim. After filing the claim we got our reimbursement in a matter of days. 1Cover met all our expectations.

Great customer service. Friendly staff when I needed to enquire about my pre injury situation before I travelled overseas. Very helpful.

Great value insurance we use it all the time.
Have not made a claim as yet but price is good
