1Cover was so helpful when we needed them and they paid our claim so quickly - we were so impressed with their service.

Always easy to get cover never had an issue and if the one and only time I’ve had to claim it’s been easy and very reasonable rates

Was easy to arrange on line no fuss. Appreciated reminder of wanting to extend. Helpful staff on phone so would be happy to use again.

Haven’t claimed anything as yet , you know an insurer company’s performance only when you make a claim or ask for help, when you need it most!
But I have to say they are competitive in pricing and offer more covers than its competitors.

Always use 1cover they seem good although I have never had to claim. All insurance companies make it very hard to claim and I can imagine 1cover would be no different but their cover is good value and extensive

I always use 1Cover insurance whenever I travel. Motorcycle hire cover is important to me and 1Cover includes this.
Easy to buy cover, great service etc.... I have never had to make a claim as yet but am confident they will be consistent as with all other dealings.

Although I did not need to claim on this holiday I needed to claim in a previous holiday and 1cover were outstanding.
Good, affordable and easy to do travel cover.

If you plan to travel use another company as this one only work on business hours and if you encounter a problem no one can help you on weekends and after hours.

1Cover is the only travel insurance company that I use, never had a problem, claims paid and hubby's cover was covered as well

We recently travelled to Bali (July 2018), and booked travel insurance for our 1 week holiday. We were aware of the volcano eruption in November 2017, but did not know the exception was still in place. Our flights were delayed for 48 hrs during the most recent eruption, and we were told we not covered for reimbursement. Although we selected Bali as our destination, no alert came up warning us that there was an insurance exception for this destination. 1Cover were more than happy to take our money for selling us a sub-par policy, though. Furthermore, when asked for our cover to be cancelled and refunded, 1Cover declined, stating that the policy period was already in effect, despite only technically being 9 hours into the designated period of time and the fact we were still at home due to the cancellations, only 3 hours after our scheduled flight.
