Great to know i had coverage even though I didn't use it. Easy to organize & really easy to deal with

It was very simple and easy to make a claim, and I received payment within two days, overall I am very impressed and would purchase travel insurance from them again in the future!

Landing in Rome our luggage went missing. I immediately called your office and was delighted with the polite and helpful advice. I have not made a claim as I'm seeing if the airline will cover the cost of the essential items I had to purchase. The luggage arrived three days late.

Fortunately we did not have to make a claim, but we did have some concerns when the Lombok earthquake hit in Nusa Dua where we were staying, I was glad we did not have any damage except our restaurant dinner and drinks were shaken off the table before we took refuge in the street.

I injured myself overseas and was advised by the hospital to have my leg elevated on my return flight to as to reduce any swelling and protect my wound. I've emailed the claims dept as my tooth was crack and part of my dentures broken when i eat an almond nut. Due to my hectic itinerary, i did not have it pulled out overseas as it's still manageable although very inconvenient in chewing. When i arrive in Sydney, get told that it's not covered.

Getting travel insurance for a 5-day trip was just too easy purchasing with 1Cover. Their policy covered Hire Car Excess to a higher amount than the hire car company wanted - for less than two days worth of their "excess reduction" charge... Plus, everything else I needed was covered in the policy. I'll definitely use 1Cover again - as I have in the past

The online quote system was easy to use and prompt, price was very good, comprehensive coverage with evacuation and luckily didn't need to make a claim.

Lucky didnt need to use this time, but very happy with the policy. Have used before and have had to make a claim which went through smoothly.
