Once all my documentation was submitted my claim was approved quickly. I have not had to make a claim before but always use 1Cover as it is easy to apply on line and value for money.Now for my first claim i am extremely happy with the way i have been kept updated throughout the process and the prompt processing of my claim.

Have been using Cover for overseas travel for several years now as their policies & premiums suit our needs perfectly. This was our first claim. Initial contact from the USA after our loss was very efficient & helpful, as was our phone contact after arriving home. Our online claim for several items was processed amazingly quickly, with clear reasons for rejection of certain items - all in accordance with the terms of our policy. Highly recommended.

Luggage was lost in transit. Luckily it turned up 12 hours after landing in Kiev. Contacted 1cover on what I could / should do but assistance was minimal.

1Cover provided excellent service in providing travel insurance and when making a claim to cover the items stolen from my handbag when sightseeing in Rome April 2019.

Excellent phone advice and support. Good response and clear guidelines via email. Reasonable insurance rates for multitrip policy . I’ve been using their travel insurance for years and they are reliable .

We recently had our luggage delayed for 2 days when travelling from Australia to Italy. It was super easy to look at the PDS and check what we could claim through our comprehensive insurance, without excess (which was brilliant). The claim process was a breeze and we had the money paid back to us within a day! Thanks 1cover

My son fell sick whilst on our 3 month trip in Bali Indonesia and had to stay in hospital for 3 nights. 1 cover made it so easy for us and quick at helping us with any questions we needed solved. Also following up with us after my son was discharged from hospital making sure he was on the mend and doing well, made us feel like they 100% cared for our wellbeing. Thanks to all staff @ 1cover

We have used 1Cover every time we travel and feel comfortable that we will be looked after if anything was ever to go wrong.

Easy to contact on the 24 hr hotline, even sent me information about extending my insurance so I was covered while I had to change my flights etc. Claiming was easy and they contacted me when I couldn't upload my documents properly.

Covered 99% of my expenses and had valid reasons why they couldn't approve the other cost.

Will 100% use 1Cover again!

Really happy with the claims process. I have had to claim against two separate 1cover policies now and both times I experienced consistent and timely response with all comms easy to follow. Will use again knowing they don’t make this an onerous or difficult process providing you show appropriate evidence.

I made a claim overseas for medical expenses incurred and I was responded to very quickly and once I returned to Australia and provided the necessary medical notes, was reimbursed promptly with no out of pocket expenses. A real life saver!
