Didn't have to use the insurance but fell down once on third-world footpath and it was good to know it was there if needed.

I had no issues at all. Submitted all requested documentation and was approved very quickly without any issues. Will use you guys again.

First time using 1cover , and will definitely be the last .This company will give you umbrellas when the suns out but taken them back when it rains . Absolutely disgusted with there service. Be very very careful and read the fine print, don’t assume that you will be covered . I have told many people of my experience with this company, and will continue to do so . Would not recommend to anyone.

I brought this cover as I heard it is the best travel insurance and it also came with a decent price and coverage of possible medical emergencies making it good money value.

Had to submit a claim which I did on line. Very easy to use. Submitted claim and within 10 minutes had an email to say claim approved. Wonderful service.Will be using 1cover again and recommending it.Many thanks.

We have used 1cover for all our travel insurance previously. Unfortunately this trip we became ill and had to submit a claim. The claim was easy to submit on line and was processed quickly. We were advised by email and SMS all through the process. Highly recommend 1cover.

Mobile stolen out of my bag whilst overseas. Overall process handled terribly from the initial call I made to lodge a claim. I submitted an online claim with supporting documentation, and claim rejected on unjust grounds that bag was left unattended at time of phone being stolen out of the bag by me, when my husband was with the bag and he was dual name on policy! I am taking official complaint to Ombudsman. Unprofessionally managed by 1Cover. Very disappointed after I've used them numerous times. As they say " you pay for what you get" There's definitely better providers and products on the market!

My wife was recently unwell while travelling in the US. After spending less than 24 hours in an ER we received medical bills well is excess of $20000US. 1Cover took care of everything with the minimum of fuss.

Lost my passport. Needed multiple emergency flight revisions and was stuck for a hotel room in Paris so it was expensive.

Claim was processed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.

Very easy to organize this insurance, and reasonably priced, but difficult when it comes to a claim. It appears that you need to prove ownership of anything that you claim for in the event of loss or damage, so unless you have kept all your receipts don't bother to claim. When we found this out after making a claim, I went through everything that I took away with me and found that I would not be able to prove ownership of anything I took with me.

Although we have never had to make a travel claim, we rely on 1Cover for total peace-of-mind when travelling as a family.

My family and I have used you more than 20 times, having not claimed before we didn't know if you were any good, now we know. We will never use you again
